About Eflexx

Eflexx is a cutting edge coaching program, that focuses on developing "Self Mastery". Eflexx stands for "EMOTIONAL FLEXIBILITY" and is based on the fact that people who are flexible with their emotions grow stronger and therefore more adaptable to change.

It was designed by Mike Angulo, a Life Coach in Orlando, FL, to help people overcome emotional obstacles which usually generate a great deal of stress and stop people from getting what they deserve.

 

About Mike Angulo

Mike Angulo, CEO of Eflexx Enterprises LLC, is a Life Coach who has trained top achievers for companies such as Shell & Phillips Petroleum in the US and abroad.

As the author of the “Eflexx Method” for Stress Relief, Mike's articles have appeared in dozens of publications and is a regular guest on Radio Shows. The "Eflexx Meditation Series" has been published by Gildan Media and is distributed worldwide through iTunes, Audible.com & Amazon.com.

Mike holds a Degree in Business & Human Relations from UNA University in Venezuela and is certified by the “Petroleum Industry Training Service” of Canada on Advanced Adult Learning Techniques.

For over two decades, Mike has focused on the most advanced “mental performance enhancement” strategies of Eastern and Western Philosophy, such as ESM, EFT, Creative Visualization and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).

Mike's work has been greatly influenced by Deepak Chopra, Anthony Robbins, Wayne Dyer, John Gray, Gary Craig & Stephen Covey. He specializes in personal wellness by helping people transform their beliefs, manage stress, manage time and focus on results.

offering free tips on stress management, life transitions & relationship issues.
